Jasmyn + Camille Léon + Shn Shn

Concert

Shining a light on three Black Women who are pushing the boundaries and barriers of alternative and underground music.

This is a celebration of Black Canadian women in alternative music, showcasing different realms of sonic exploration through the alt sound. As one of Canada’s most exciting and fresh voices, Jasmyn (formerly of Weaves) brings a captivating blend of atmospheric experimental rock and buzzy dance-pop. Settle in with the trance-like sounds of Shn Shn, as she brings experimental elements from electronic, ambient, world music, folk and pop into her practice. Continue into the evening with Camille Léon’s “glow in the dark” glitter-grunge creations.
