New Music Concerts Presents: The Meitar Ensemble

Founded in 2004 by Artistic Director Amit Dolberg, Tel Aviv’s Meitar Ensemble has established itself as a prominent array of virtuosos specializing in contemporary music. Over the past ten years they have commissioned and premiered over 200 new works in prestigious venues in Paris, Berlin, London, Moscow and New York. A quintet of Meitar’s core membership will be featured under the direction of Pierre-André Valade in new and recent works by Philippe Leroux, Ofer Pelz, Ruben Seroussi and Uri Kochavi.
