The joy, happiness and well-being of IBPOC artists are often overlooked by the institutions that serve them. Navigating artistic spaces on Turtle Island as Indigenous Artists, Black Artists and Artists of Colour can be emotionally exhausting, harmful and unsafe. How do we hold each other accountable? How do we keep each other safe? Curated by Olivia Shortt, moderated by Kim Senklip-Harvey and panellists Frances Koncan, Nikki Shaffeeullah, Chaka V. Grier take the time to discuss and speak about their own experiences as artists and people in the arts world. ASL interpreter: Marcia Adolphe.
