Ticketing Guidelines: No-Show & Rush list information

In the event that a Music Gallery event is sold out, the following policy and protocols will take effect.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Advanced ticket holders are expected to arrive within the first 15 minutes of the headlining performance of an event. During events where there is no opening act, there will be a 30-minute grace period for arrival after the posted start time of the event.

When the event-specific period ends, advance ticket holders who are absent may be placed onto the rush list and additional tickets may be offered to audience members already on the rush list.

RUSH LIST PROTOCOL

If an event is sold out, Music Gallery staff will generate a rush list consisting of the name, number in a party (maximum 2), and a phone number for each patron hoping to attend an event.

There is no way to reserve a spot on a rush list in advance. To add your name to the rush list you or the other member of your party need to arrive at the event location at the time that doors open. Names will be added to the rush list on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets will be sold to folks on the rush list in sequence as spots become available.

The Music Gallery does not guarantee ticket availability for any/every person on a rush list.

As a general guideline, we are more often able to accommodate rush attendance for outreach/workshop activity as opposed to concert and performance events.

Each event will have a designated rush list call time based on the program schedule (which varies with each event). This might be 30 minutes after the event start time, or 10-15 minutes into the headlining set. Each person adding their name to the rush list will be instructed of the call time, and will be expected to remain or be back on site at the event venue for that time. If a person is not present when their name comes up in the rush list sequence, they will lose their spot on the rush list.

At whatever point event capacity is reached and all available tickets have been claimed, remaining rush list contacts will be notified and can leave the venue.
