Welcome to Music Gallery’s new ticketing and membership system! We’re excited to launch our season with our new ticketing partner, Showclix. You can buy directly on our website, or even through our Find Tickets tab on our Facebook page.
While not required anymore, you can create a login with Showclix when you purchase a ticket with us. All of your orders will be accessible through this login. We highly recommend this for our Members in particular. You can find out more about this process on Showclix Customer Care website.
HOW TO BUY A MUSIC GALLERY TICKET:
You can now purchase all types of tickets online: Regular advance, Member and even Student tickets!
Regular Advance Tickets Online:
As the costs of online ticketing have risen, and to provide our audience with a more stream-lined platform, Music Gallery is no longer covering the costs of regular tickets purchased in advance. You still save a few bucks by purchasing ahead of time though, as door prices are a little higher.
Member Tickets Online:
If you are a current Music Gallery Member, you can purchase your Member Price tickets online in the event shopping cart. Please note that your Membership status will be checked by the box office. If your membership has lapsed, you may be asked to renew your membership at the door.
As an added perk to our Members, Music Gallery is covering the cost of your ticketing charges, usually about $2 per ticket.
Student Tickets Online:
If you are a current Student, you can now access student pricing in advance online! And, because we value education and your willingness to explore our programming Music Gallery is covering the cost of your ticketing charges, usually about $2 per ticket.
Advance tickets at retail locations:
Occasionally, hard copy Music Gallery tickets are made available for purchase at preferred retail locations. Please check event listings for ticket retailer locations
Buying at the Door:
We’d like to encourage you to buy your tickets in advance (it helps with our event planning!). As such, if you prefer to pay at the door there is often a small premium paid for that (namely, the Door Price). But fret not if you forgot your cash, as we now use Square at our Box Office and Concession Stand on site. You can pay by ‘Tap’ with both credit and debit cards, though chip transactions are only available on credit cards.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Music Gallery does not issue any refunds. However! If you would like to exchange your ticket to another event, or assign your ticket to someone else, you are welcome to do so. You can make the exchange directly in your Showclix My Tickets account or for further assistance call Showclix Customer Support 1-888-718-4253 opt. 1 or email email@example.com. They are available Mon-Fri 9am-9pm EST.
